A lash lift boosts, curls and lifts your lash from the base to the tip, opening the eye and showcasing the full beauty of your natural lashes, giving the appearance of longer, beautiful lashes. The beauty about a lash lift is that it is still your natural lashes!
What to expect during a Lash Lift?
You will be required to come to your lash lift appointment with no eye makeup on and also keep in mind that no makeup, or water should come in contact with your lashes for 24 hours (48 hours recommended) after your appointment to ensure the lift correctly sets into shape. The eye area will be cleansed and a silicone rod will be placed onto the eyelids. The natural lashes are then curled over and attached to the rod with an adhesive to set the lashes. Once positioning is set, a lifting lotion is applied to allow the lashes to mould around the curling rod followed by a setting lotion. Following this, an optional lash treatment can be added to your service for an extra $5 to add strength & hydration to your lashes and to prolong the lift. As a final step, the tint is applied which intensifies and darkens the natural colour of the lashes.
The whole process will take about 45-60 minutes.
How long does a Lash Lift Last?
Generally, results last from four to six weeks but vary for each individual, depending on how quickly your lashes grow, their thickness & strength and how well they take the solution. For best results, you should avoid mascara, makeup and any contact with the lashes for at least the first 24 hours (48 hours recommended) to achieve longer lasting results.
